Movement, Meditation and Music Class

Every Thursday Evening

6:30pm - 7:30pm

At Taspen Organics in Conifer, CO

This class brings together movement that tones the body, along with mindful dancing allowing balance for the mind, body and spirit. 

The class then is rounded out with meditation to seal in all the benefits of the movement and music. 

Each class has a new playlist, come as you are, no previous dance experience needed.

About Your Teacher

Amanda Gregg is a Movement Coach and Reiki Master/Teacher who is spreading the knowledge and practice of Movement, Mindfulness and Energy in the world. 

Amanda established Soaring Eagle Healing in 2017, and has been teaching Reiki Healing, leading movement/dance classes and providing tools for mindfulness to those that are ready for the journey. 

Over the past 14 years, Amanda has contributed to several Nonprofit Organizations throughout Colorado. She currently serves at a local mountain nonprofit part-time and assists at her son's school.  

Over the past year, the Movement, Meditation and Music Class has been serving individuals online. Combining the healing powers of dance, along with muscle toning, meditation and various genres of music allows for the release of stagnant energy, creating a backdrop of self-love infused with peace, love and joy
